To give each and everyone of you a little insight on how we came up with this unique design…

We are both moms and wanted the best protection and relief for our teething babies. All of our babies would chew on the crib rails, getting wood and paint chips into their mouths. The wood of their crib rails looked as though a woodchuck had a nice meal!  We knew right away that this could not be safe nor healthy for them. As moms, you ultimately want the best for your children.  Over the years we’ve used things like the cloth coverings in order to prevent our babies from chewing on their cribs, however it just wasn’t enough. We can recall constantly having to wash those cloth covers because they would be filled with saliva and if you were not washing them continuously, they would begin to smell. With the cloth coverings, there is always the potential for mold to grow due to moisture build up between the wood itself and the cloth covering. 

We then decided to do something about it so we created NubGuard. 

The NubGuard not only protects both the integrity of your crib rails and babies from all of the harmful toxins and wood but also acts as a soother for teething baby. Our product is made out of 100% food grade silicone and features six unique teething textures to help alleviate pain and discomfort associated with the teething process.  When your baby wakes up and is fussy from teething, rest assured that you can have peace of mind while they turn to this wonderful product that is thick enough for them to continually gnaw at. Not only is this silicone durable but it is also free of BPA’s, PVC’s, Phthalates and does not promote bacterial growth.

Our product is different from the very few products that are out there on the market today. NubGuard features a unique “L” shape, which makes it universal for every crib type.

The NubGuard is easily cleaned with soap and water.
